JOB DESCRIPTION
Update CVs to comply with brand and formatting prior to submission to clients requests;
Signature related work (sorting approval documents, explaining document contents, preliminary checks, etc.);
Schedule management, business trip related support, and other general support for Managers;
Arrange meeting, and support for the preparation of management meeting materials;
Prepare documents, and collect necessary information at the request of the Manager;
Perform the tasks assigned by the Manager;
Responsible for some tasks of human resources;
Responsible for some tasks of general affairs;
Other duties: Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Manager & Directors.
REQUIREMENTS
Have excellent English skills (Compulsory);
Research skill;
MS Excel or Google Sheet skills;
Strong interpersonal & communication skills;
Can work full time per the Vietnam government laws.
