As we continue expanding into international markets, we're looking for a Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Tech Recruitment while working on real hiring projects across Vietnam and APAC.
What You'll Do
Source and engage tech talents through LinkedIn, GitHub, Facebook groups, and other platforms.
Learn and apply Boolean Search and X-Ray Search techniques.
Screen CVs and identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
Update recruitment trackers, prepare recruitment reports, and support recruitment operations.
Research the talent market and continuously improve recruitment processes.
Requirements
Third/final-year students or fresh graduates from any major.
Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured information.
Curious about technology and eager to learn about
software engineering roles.
Available at least 4 days per week for 3-6 months.
No prior recruitment experience? That's okay! We value curiosity, learning agility, and a proactive mindset more than previous experience.
