MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Provide
comprehensive support to the CEO in organizing, tracking, and coordinating
daily work activities; ensure that tasks, information, reports, and
internal/external coordination are executed on time and aligned with
priorities, enabling the CEO to focus on strategic decision-making.
Executive Support & Work Organization
● Manage
the CEO's schedule, reminders, deadlines, and task follow-ups assigned to
departments.
● Screen,
track, and consolidate emails, messages, and documents related to the CEO's
daily operations.
● Prepare
concise summaries highlighting key issues, decisions required, or urgent
matters for the CEO.
● Monitor
pending or delayed issues and proactively coordinate with relevant parties to
resolve them.
Cross-functional
Coordination & Task Tracking
● Act
as the focal point to track tasks assigned by the CEO, proactively collecting
updates from internal departments and following up to ensure commitments and
deadlines are met as agreed.
Business
Reporting & Operational Analysis Support
● Support
the consolidation of business and operational data to produce short, clear
reports on implementation status for management decisions.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
● Bachelor's
degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Administration, or
a related field.
● 6 months to 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Business
Administrator, or equivalent role.
● Experience
in B2B, FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, or international business environments is
preferred.
● Strong
command of English (reading, writing, and professional communication).
● Excellent
organizational, task-tracking, and follow-up skills.
● Detail-oriented,
responsible, and reliable working style.
● Quickly
synthesize information into clear, concise reports.
● Adaptable
communication with diverse stakeholders.
