JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Overview
We are looking for driven and ambitious individuals to join our team as Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition (Intern / Permanent). This role focuses on junior to mid-level hiring across functions such as Finance, Operations, HR, Marketing, Sales, Corporate Support, and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management)
Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements
Perform market mapping and talent engagement
Source and secure new clients and/or job positions actively
Involve in
business development planning and execution
Achieve monthly performance targets and revenue goals
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma / Degree in any discipline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, resilient, and target-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
Fresh graduates who are highly motivated and keen to build a high-income career are encouraged to apply
