JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Order & Delivery
· Receive Purchase Order (PO) from customer through email, phone call, messages, etc
· Record Sales Order (SO) in ERP system and follow delivery on time for customer with warehouse
· Cooperate with Receivable Accountant to collect any term that stop next delivery
· Manage expired stock on warehouse, priority First In First Out (FIFO)
· Identify customers' bottlenecks to proactively provide solutions to improve more excellent performance
Purchasing & managing stock
· Send PO to supplier monthly based on order worksheet proposed by system
· Ensure the follow-up on arrival shipment and cooperate with warehouse/logistics team
· Sub-label all stocks following the law
3. Prospecting & costing for new products
4. Administration tasks & sales support as required
5. Analyzing and preparing reports based on templates or manager's requirements
6. Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to manage and escalate any issues which might impact on business in a timely manner
7. Other tasks as assigned by manager
REQUIREMENTS
Open to potential Fresh Graduates
Good at communication and written in English
Good at problem-solving and team-working skills
Good at follow up skills to make sure delivery on time for customers
Hard-working, detail-oriented, result-oriented
Proactive, driven and willing to learn
