JOB DESCRIPTION
About
the Role
shoefabrik
is currently continuing an ongoing office rejuvenation initiative across
our four-floor building.
Over
the past year we have already introduced several improvements, including new
spaces such as a gym and meditation room, and started upgrading parts of
the workplace environment. We are now looking for an intern to help continue,
structure and implement the next phase of this transformation.
The
goal is to further develop a modern, bright and welcoming workplace that
reflects shoefabrik's innovative mindset and expertise across design,
development and production.
The
internship will focus on updating selected areas of the office,
including the reception area and parts of the development and creative floors,
while ensuring the overall space remains aligned with the shoefabrik CI and
design principles.
Key Responsibilities
Support the ongoing office rejuvenation project
•
review previous office improvement initiatives
• help identify remaining opportunities for improvement
• support the continuation of existing design concepts
Reception Area Update
•
support the redesign and improvement of the reception area
• research materials, furniture and display options
• assist with planning and coordination within the project budget
Workspace Improvements
•
help update selected areas such as the development floor and creative floor
• propose small improvements that enhance functionality and visual quality
• support the integration of product displays and visual storytelling
Vendor & Material Research
•
research suppliers for furniture, signage, lighting and display elements
• collect price estimates and compare options
• assist in coordinating installations
Documentation & Design Consistency
•
help ensure office updates follow shoefabrik CI principles
• document improvements and concepts for future office development
REQUIREMENTS
