JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordinate and participate in the
Digital Marketing, CRM and E-commerce Marketing implementation process in the company's real projects.
Receive guidance and mentorship from Supervisor/Mentor as well as access to real project case studies (including non-fashion industries).
Coordinate and implement advertising campaigns across digital platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, Shopee, etc., as well as CRM marketing activities such as Zalo and SMS.
Assist in tracking, measuring, and preparing periodic performance reports across all channels.
Support livestream ads and e-commerce campaigns according to the planned schedule.
Assist in operating and optimizing campaigns on major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and support cross-channel activities when needed.
Other tasks assigned by Mentor/Supervisor/Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
4th-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Business or related fields.
Have foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing and E-commerce; priority will be given to candidates who have experience working with Digital Ads, App Marketing, CRM Marketing, or have operated stores/campaigns on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop.
Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and data sensitivity.
Good communication skills, ability to organize and manage assigned work effectively.
Hardworking, detail-oriented, honest, proactive, and enthusiastic with a positive attitude toward challenges.
Must have a personal laptop/computer.
