JOB DESCRIPTION
Under
the supervision of the Head of Accounting, the staff will particularly focus on
the below tasks:
Issue all invoices on e-invoice system
Input all entries in ERP system
Update receivable accounts, payable accounts
and conduct analysis
Monitor and manage the debts. Remind clients
for payment, collect debts
Check, reconcile and balance the revenue and
expense every month
Prepare P&L, sales, expense, cash flow
reports
Prepare clients/ suppliers contracts (payment
terms, conditions etc...)
Execute any other accounting &
administrative tasks assigned by Supervisor
What
will you learn:
Added value financial tasks such as monitoring
on order status, sales & product margin, vendor and customer, payment, expenses
and relevant analysis
Financial and operations reports, data
management
Opportunity to work with co-founders
(foreigner)
Use an international ERP (Odoo)
Basic accounting and HR admin tasks
REQUIREMENTS
Vietnamese nationality
Age: 22 - 25 years old
Accounting and/or Financial College/Bachelor
degree
Fresh graduate or 1 year of experience
Good at computing skills: Microsoft office
especially Excel, Word
Loves figures, Multi task, Responsible,
Committed and careful
Analytical skills and can think out of the box
Willing to learn, like challenges, independent,
adaptable, startup mindset
Good English in writing and reading is
preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION
New business: Win new partnerships
on Corporate gifts and office snacks, other prospects such as fitness &
yoga centers, hospital, factories, by negotiating partnerships with new B2B
clients (identifying, contacting and meeting prospects, closing the deal with clients, growing sales
during the partnership and maintaining excellent customer service)
Account management: Nurture and grow
current partnerships in line with the company strategy (i.e. sales monitoring,
introducing new products, ensuring good products display on customer shelves,
product mix analysis, competition review, pricing review, re-ordering, training
partner staff, deploying marketing activities, maintain good relationship with
partners, accounts receivable and credit collection etc...)
Support our Distributor (re-)ordering,
training, communication, after sales service, proactively solving any issues,
but also support in winning new deals in the HORECA channels for our minibar's
snacks and welcome gifts
Conduct sales activities to win new clients
& caring current clients for Fullmoon and Tet projects
Attend to Sales Meeting to update on sales
performances
Perform daily sales performance & activity
reporting to management
Conduct market research to gather
information on customer needs, preferences, and buying habits
Work with Operations to ensure
smooth coordination between Sales and Operations teams
Work with Marketing to suggest
proactive marketing activities to promote sales
Manage and maintain customer
databases and sales records
Attend to events to promote and/or
sell our products when needed.
Lead one small sales team (3,4 staffs) to meet business targets.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business,
Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum of 2-3 years of sales
experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry
Good presentation and communication
Detailed person
Fluent in English and Vietnamese
Basic in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
