LOGISTICS INTERN FULL-TIME

JOB DESCRIPTION
Support to follow import-export shipments & contact relative departments for delivery shipments on time
Ensure 100% accuracy of tax declaration for import / export shipments.
Ensure accuracy of information related to import & frequent cross check for actual vs documentations
Ensure shipments arrived to the factory to meet the production plan.
Ensure the shipping documents archived properly.
Implement the daily/monthly/quarterly reports.
REQUIREMENTS
Can-do and willing-to-learn attitude
Open-minded and hard working
Ability to work both independently and as a team member to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Good general administrative and planning skills
Detailed oriented
Good spoken and written English
Can work fulltime and start as soon as possible
BENEFITS
Working Location: Vinh Loc Industrial Park (Binh Chanh) with shuttle bus
Duration: 6 months
Allowance: 200,000 VND per working day. Approx. 4,200,000VND per month.
Working hour: Mon-Fri, 9AM-5.30PM
