JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Import operations:
- Delivery management: Follow up the delivery schedule and collaboration with LSP, CS team for issue.
- POD (proof of delivery) management: Collect from LSP, check and file the POD for retained docs.
- Customs Declaration Dossiers preparation: Receive daily document from LSP to check /print /get approval /signature and stamp then hand over to LSP.
2. Health check:
- Customs Declaration Sheet, Shipping document, Certificate of origin, EN Certificate, Tax return and Penalty.
3. Reporting:
- ECD weekly update.
4. Project:
- DSAP: Support review of open POs and migrated POs of R3 and SPARK.
- Support local C&FT review data for master data clean-up.
REQUIREMENTS
- Basic knowledge of Import Export : Incoterm, HS code, Shipping docs.
- Customs clearance procedure.
- English and Communication skills.
- Able to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Work independently, demonstrate strong ownership and self-discipline.
