JOB DESCRIPTION
1. PMAX PERKS FOR THIS POSITION
Partnership: Premium partner of Facebook, Google, Appsflyer, and Zalo. Continuously updated training programs directly from Google, Facebook, Tiktok, Admicro, ...
PMAX Team: Support from Expertise Team (specialized in innovation, channel knowledge, SWAT for projects) and senior colleagues to grow fast-track along with guidance from conscientious line manager.

Challenges: PMAX's Optimization Executive has the opportunity to work more deeply with each solution, understand more about other factors affecting the customer's business besides Paid Media and make appropriate recommendations such as Digital Branding, Strategy, Commercial, Creative, Tech & Data, Owned/Earned Media,...
PAXY: Advanced media system created and developed by Internal PMAX to support automated performance marketing activities from data processing, advertising optimization, insight analysis, making recommendations on plans and reports
2. JOB DETAILS
Media Planning: (20%)
Plan the digital media plan as a solution for the client's problem.
Develop the quarterly and annual media plan, budget allocation
Daily planning budget and tasks to deliver on time with acceptable result/ outcome.
Digital Campaign Execution: (70%)
Responsible for the execution, the day to day running of all search, social, and display advertising campaigns (with instructions of LM)
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (CPL, CPO, ROAS, CAC,...)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Report & Analytics: (10%)
Generate Campaign Reporting to have key learning for upcoming projects
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must have:
Self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
Fast-self-learning, want to grow & develop yourself at the max speed
Have the ability to work under pressure (big big pressure)
Analytical skills & problem-solving skills
Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and campaigns with an intensive workload.
Good to have:
1-year experience in marketing team or media agency background.
1-year experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
