is seeking for MEDIA INTERN (chạy ad quảng cáo) who will support and handle
daily media digital planning and execution and assist direct supervisor when
needed.

to: Senior Media Manager
WHAT
YOU WILL DO
-
Support media team in developing the digital media set-up campaign performance
and learn how integrate all the set-up within the bigger communication
strategies.

Learn to use knowledge of the media landscape and the role of each digital
channels (Facebook, Google AdWords, [protected info]) to deliver the media digital
performance
-
Support media team in timely media performance tracking and reporting of
campaign performance results which includes weekly reports, ad-hoc reports
requested by the clients

Support media team to drive media strategic and tactical innovation across digital
platforms, including display, video, search, mobile, social and programmatic...

Support media team to implement the media digital performance plan and
collaborate with media vendors, agency partners and internal teams such as
Client Services and Strategy to ensure all media deliverables are met or
launched ontime

Evolve use of media measurement systems to provide greater insight into the ROI
of digital plans and ensure the media team delivers the digital performance on
agreed KPIs.

Assist the media team in all aspects of administration tasks in media planning
- Keep
learning and developing media performance techniques and industry knowledge
- Other tasks will be
assigned by the line manager / direct supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
WHAT

Senior Student or a fresh-graduated with passion for the digital media, digital
performance

for a minimum 6 months full-time internship
- Good
at English in both verbal and written
- Eyes
for details, careful, good at Excel, sense of statistic figures, and
data-driven mindset, result-oriented drive

Ability to work under high pressure, handling multiple projects with tight
deadlines

Report to: Senior Media Manager
This role reports to the Senior Media Manager of the Media Team. He/she will be working closely with the Senior Media Manager to help set ad campaigns and optimize ad on digital platforms. He/she is responsible for optimizing ad, is executing with high quality, and ensuring the ad performance's KPI within an acceptable range via accurate set-up. Besides, the job holder will monitor and track, and frequent optimization.
Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with media planner to build the holistic campaign structure, budget allocation, and key performance metrics with clear rationales
● Set up, implement, optimize, and report an ad based on key performance metrics on specific digital platforms
● Drive tactical execution including display, video, search, mobile, and social
● Analyse and recommend optimisation solutions to tactical channel activation and holistic campaign
● Maintain regular communications and checkpoints with internal teams (CS, Media Team, and other teams when applicable) to report on campaign's status (roadmap, operational details/ requirements), and future opportunities/ movements withdrawn from real-time performance/ data and insights
● Collaborate and liaise with media owners, agency partners, and internal teams to ensure all deliverables are met/launched on time
● Manage partner's deliverables including regular reports and ad hoc needs
● Develop and visualization reports with clear implications based on actual results and insights
● Understand the end-to-end financial process, execute day-to-day finance operations and admin with accuracy with internal teams, vendors, and clients
REQUIREMENTS

● 2+ years experience in Digital media Fundamental capabilities in media performance, data analysis, and data-driven marketing
● Sufficient planning knowledge on Google, Facebook; especially Google paid search
● Hands-on experience on advertising technology platforms (Google, Facebook Ads Manager, DSP...), and ad-tech to meet and exceed digital marketing goals. Hands-on experience on Tiktok ad, LinkedIn ad, Onsite E-commerce, Programmatic is a plus.
● Able to collaborate and liaise with strategic partners
● Comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic environment with shifting priorities
● Fast learner, self-starter, go-getter, and intellectually curious on different hats
● Self-motivated problem-solver with quick adjustment and effective solutions
● Good communication skill with intermediate conversational English
● Able to perform multitasking under high pressure.
● Basic understanding of the industry, business, brands, and consumers in Vietnam operational details/ requirements), and future opportunities/ movements withdrawn from real-time performance/ data and insight
● Good at PowerPoint, Excel, good sense of number, passionate working with number, data and report, eyes for details
● Manage partner's deliverables including regular reports and ad hoc needs
● Ability to present the idea with Clients
