I. Job/Project Description
- Print duty tax receipt and release shipment on ECUS/VNACSS. Coordinating with OPS team for delivery per daily feeder schedule.
- Handling the concern about payment from customers, customs and internal departments
- Reconciling import duty and tax and making daily report to OPS and F&A Department
- Post check on customs declaration form (CDF) of daily released shipments, then hand-over the hard
copy of CDF to customs and to F&A Department accordingly
- Admin job: handling BA/GW shipments, PO/ CA submission, managing department supplies
- And other duties assigned from time to time
- Specific job duty for this position will be discussed during the interview

III. Skills/Knowledge Required
- Knowledge of customs clearance and duty tax regulations, major in accountant
- Good oral & written communication skill in Vietnamese & English
- Good computer literacy
- Good at working with numbers, reports and accountant skills
- Good at commination and problem solving
- 1-2 years relevant experience in similar capacity
- University or College graduation;
- Hard working, diligent, & self motivated
- Able to work under high pressure
- Teamwork attitude
