SALES INTERNSHIP
The Vietnam Chamber of Commerce in Singapore, known as VietCham Singapore ([protected info]), was established in 2013 to provide a network for Vietnamese businesses in Singapore, representing the common interests of Vietnamese businesses in promoting bilateral trade, services and investments between Vietnam, Singapore and the region, as well as create value for our Members by providing connections, advocacy and business insights.
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Specialist Intern to join our Corporate Management Advisory team. This is a 4-month paid internship opportunity, with a performance bonus awarded for excellent performance. Upon successful completion of the internship and achievement of sales goals, the candidate will have the potential opportunity to convert to a full-time employee.
In this role, the Sales Specialist Intern will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, interacting with potential corporate clients, liaising with marketing and other departments, and building long-lasting relationships to achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities:
External:
Identify potential corporate clients and implement plans to reach them.
Interact with prospects and maintain the customer relationship through various communication channels (phone, email, social media, etc.) to understand their needs and present appropriate advisory services
Maintain thorough knowledge of our advisory services to provide accurate information to potential clients
Internal:
I Cooperate with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies and seamless client experience.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity in the corporate advisory sector to identify opportunities and key issues.
Monitor performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
Working Conditions:
The Sales Specialist Intern may need to travel occasionally to meet potential clients. The position may also require working outside normal business hours to accommodate clients in different time zones or on tight schedules.The internship is located at our office address: 8 Tran Quang Dieu Street, Ward 13, District 3.
Physical Requirements:
This role may require some physical effort, particularly during field sales work. This could include carrying presentation materials, setting up meetings, or similar activities.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Strong interest in a career in sales within the corporate advisory sector, with a dedication to achieving sales goals.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills , tailored presentation skills.
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
