About the job
Job Description
- Deploy, integrate, and configure cybersecurity solutions according to technical design documents and vendor best practices.
- Conduct customer environment assessments, gather technical requirements, and propose suitable implementation approaches.
- Install, configure, optimize, and troubleshoot security solutions, including: Firewall, SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, DLP, VPN, WAF
- Support the development of solution design documents, deployment guides, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams, technology partners, and customers throughout project implementation phases.
- Collect, analyze, and investigate system logs to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Research, evaluate, and implement open-source security technologies when appropriate.
- Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to customers after deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure deployment or cybersecurity solution implementation.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following technologies: Firewall, SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, DLP, VPN, WAF
- Solid understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of network technologies, including LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN.
- Experience in system administration, network troubleshooting, and security operations.
- Ability to analyze logs, diagnose technical issues, and perform root cause analysis.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks effectively.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive mindset, accountability, and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Experience with AI-powered tools to enhance research, troubleshooting, and productivity.
- Experience working for system integrators (SI), managed security service providers (MSSP), or cybersecurity projects is a plus.
