We appreciate these qualities at Fulbright University Vietnam and seek a Communications Intern who is not afraid to get hands-on, contribute fresh ideas, create content, and research industry trends. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of
brand marketing, social media, and
digital marketing strategies, as well as an interest in working on high-impact educational projects.

Roles and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of the Communications Intern are organized across four primary areas:
1. Content and Communications Support
Create visual assets for digital and print communications, including social media graphics, presentations, posters, and promotional materials.
Support video production, including filming, editing, short-form content creation, and event coverage.
Assist in developing content and managing internal and external communication projects (IMC, social media, PR, internal events).
Help build and manage content across Fulbright's social media channels, ensuring content is engaging, timely, and aligned with the university's brand.
Support the execution of student-focused campaigns, events, and storytelling initiatives.
Assist the team in producing communications and creative assets for marketing communications.
2. Project Coordination and Campaign Support
Manage assigned tasks and mini-projects by working with colleagues, vendors, and supporting agencies, and keeping project leaders updated on campaign status.
Assist management with the preparation of campaigns and reports.
3. Event and Activation Support: Provide support for virtual and in-person events, including logistics and on-site coordination as needed.
4. Research and Insights
Perform competitive market analysis to identify areas of opportunity and emerging trends.
Contribute fresh ideas that can enhance the brand's standing and student engagement.
Other duties:
Contributing to team effort by welcoming new and different work requirements; exploring new opportunities to enhance the services of the department; helping others accomplish related job results as and where needed; and perform other duties as assigned.

Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Experience:
Prior internship, part-time roles, or personal projects in marketing, communications, or content creation are an advantage.
Experience with social media platforms and basic digital marketing is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Sense of teamwork and the ability to execute programs.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Basic skills with design or content tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut)
Comfortable working in English and Vietnamese.

Prior collaboration or personal project management experience (clubs, projects, competitions).
Proven aptitude in seeking creative solutions to multi-faceted challenges.
