[HCM - DIST.1] TECHNICAL ENGINEER (EXPERIENCE IN GLOBAL FURNITURE SOURCING)

Bachelor's degree or higher in furniture design, industrial design, engineering, or a related field;
Have at least 2-3 years working in furniture design, engineering, or manufacturing, with progressively increasing levels of responsibility >> Experience in global funiture sourcing/ global trading business model is a plus;
Technical Skills is a must: Proficiency in CAD software 2D & 3D (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ...), Render, and other design tools. Strong knowledge of R&D in furniture materials, construction methods, and manufacturing processes;
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Ability to review technical drawings, specifications, and prototypes for accuracy and completeness;
Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design, manufacturing, and sustainability;
Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals;
Adaptability and Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, requirements, and project constraints. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment;
Good at English; Microsoft skill;
Good know-how in costing is a plus.
