Manage several product categories within the Accessories business unit.
Work directly with business partners and internal departments on all product-related matters, including contracts, commercial policies, pricing, promotional campaigns, sell-in and sell-out performance.
Conduct market and competitor research; take ownership of purchasing, inventory management, sales performance, and clearance of slow-moving or obsolete stock.
Act as the key point of contact for the implementation team, providing product training and sales guidance to ensure compliance with established processes and policies.
Collaborate with the Marketing team and other relevant departments to drive sales growth.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Category.
Report directly to the Head of Category and the Director of the Category Management Division.

Yêu cầu
Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail, Procurement/Purchasing, or Inventory Management.
Preferred candidate with hands-on experience in Category Management, Purchasing, or Business Operations within the EL (Electronics / Home Appliances) & ICT sectors.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong data interpretation and analytical skills.
Strong logical thinking, creativity, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proactive, highly responsible, and eager to learn.
Demonstrate a strong career growth mindset and ambition for advancement.
Proficiency in English and experience in finance, financial analysis, purchasing, or sales are considered an advantage.
Preferred candidate with hands-on experience in Category Management, Purchasing, or Business Operations within the EL (Electronics / Home Appliances) & ICT sectors.
