Responsibilities:
Support the team in driving end-to-end growth initiatives across assortment, traffic, conversion, and seller performance through data analysis and structured problem solving.
Assist in strategic projects and growth experiments, including promotional mechanics, subsidy programs, flash sales, and other platform initiatives to improve business performance.
Analyze user behavior, marketplace trends, competitor activities, and business performance to identify growth opportunities and generate actionable insights.
Support the design, execution, and evaluation of A/B tests and experiments, including performance tracking and measurement of results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across category, operations, product, search, campaigns, and regional stakeholders to support project execution and alignment.
Help translate business challenges into scalable processes, operational improvements, and product or workflow recommendations.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business reviews to communicate insights and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
Currently pursuing a undergraduate in Engineering or a related analytical discipline.
Strong interest in eCommerce, marketplace growth, business strategy, or platform operations.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and develop structured hypotheses and recommendations.
Comfortable working with numbers and using both data and logical reasoning to support decision-making.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a structured and goal-oriented manner.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience through internships, school projects, case competitions, or coursework involving data analysis, experimentation, or business strategy is a plus.
