Your Mission
Support the team with admin tasks on the product system
Other admin tasks might be required with the regular MS Office software
Assisting
the Operations Manager in all matters relating to Office Administration
Ensuring that a high standard of Employee
Relations is maintained that is in agreement with company guidelines
Providing
support and assistance in Office Administration to managers and maintain
accurate and professional records
Admin Support for S.A.F.E Team
Your Talent
Bachelor or Master studies ( Environmental Science Degree or related field is a plus)
MS office knowledge
Well-developed interpersonal skills, including
speaking, negotiating, business writing
Ability to work flexible in a team
Fluent English and organization/admin skills
