Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth. This includes identifying new market opportunities and expanding business with current customers.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationship with existing and potential customer.
Market Research & Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive products to provide insights into product development and pricing strategies.
Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Home Care (Institutional & Industrial Cleaning), ensuring the ability to provide customers with technical advice and solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment in product offerings and to address customer needs efficiently.
Customer Presentation & Negotiation: Lead customer presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry of related field.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the I&I (Institutional & Industrial Cleaning) industry - industrial cleaning chemicals for restaurants, hotels, hospitals, or in chemical business
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to negotiate and influence at all levels.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
Proficient in problem solving
Effective working in both independent and team work
Strong oral, written and presentation in both Vietnamese and English
Results-driven with a strong customer-focused approach.
Strategic thinking to analyze customer objections & give appropriate solution
Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a proactive strong team member.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
