Job Description
Assisting in organizing event, managing social media calendar
Assisting in preparing marketing collaterals for residential projects
Assisting in collecting information about property market, social-economic conditions
Assisting in property data consolidation, presentation
Assisting in documentation and other clerical jobs that are non-classified in nature
Other tasks assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Students of fresh graduate in Marketing / Business Administration / Economics or relating majors
Proven basic knowledge in economics, marketing, property market
Detailed oriented, ability to handle multi-tasks
Experience with data analysis, market research
Experience in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) as a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative.
Passion for market research, branding and storytelling.
