Mục tiêu của vị trí
This position will play a proactive role in supporting RTM team handling data processing, initial analysis, and project coordination tasks.
Trách nhiệm công việc
1. Data Management & Analysis
• Clean and structure raw data sets (e.g., outlet, SR, SKU, volume) for analysis under provided guidance.
• Support the generation of weekly performance dashboards and tracking tools.
2. Reporting:
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and insights for RTM and sales leadership meetings.
3. Project Coordination:
• Coordinate project documentation and update timelines for outlet quality and eB2B initiatives.
4. RTM Research:
• Conduct preliminary research and benchmarking on RTM topics as guided from line manager.
5. Other tasks are assigned by Line Manager.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably Power BI or similar tools
Good command of English and Vietnamese
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
Strong attention to detail, curiosity for data, and willingness to learn fast
3rd/final year student or recent graduate majoring in Business, Economics, Marketing, or Data Analytics or related fields.

This intern will play proactive role in supporting UTC operational tasks and upcoming projects.
What you'll be doing
1. UTC Operations
Complete procedures related to reporting UTC programs to the authority.
Proceed with the destruction of all remaining UTC caps.
2. Process Revamp Support:
Assist with the preparation and submission of PAF requests, including gathering all necessary supporting documents.
Support line manager by consolidating team feedback and input for the upcoming UTC and PAF process revamp proposal
3. Admin task: Other tasks to support team are assigned by Line Manager.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Education: 3rd/final year student or recent graduate majoring in Business Administration, Economics or a related field. Social project or university club leadership experience is a plus.

Quick learner with proactive mindset and high sense of responsibility
