JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Admin Intern, you will support the Administrative Department including but not limited to:
Handle the reception, such as meeting and greeting clients and guests; arranging couriers; answering and forwarding phone calls; sorting and distributing post
Take care of office operations to ensure the offices operate smoothly. This includes seating arrangement, relocation, office decoration, tree management, shipment, parking registration, printing, equipment repairs and maintenance, fixed asset control, in-house activities support, company gifts delivery.
Support transportation matters: work permit, visa, flight, accommodation
Support to organizing and supporting internal and external events: birthdays, barbeque, Tet Party, team buildings, celebrations, business trips, annual trip
Other tasks as when required
This position will report to Senior Admin.
REQUIREMENTS
For fresh graduated or 3rd/4th year students in Economics, Business Administration or related major
3 - 6 months Internship
Full-time is preferable
Professional appearance
Good communication skills in both English
Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite, speech clarity
Careful, friendly, patient, proactive, open-minded, organized and highly responsible
