Job Description
Key Responsibilities
▪ Social media management, including but not limited to planning social media calendars, coordinating design and content, engaging with the community, and monitoring performance.
▪ Support project organization/management tasks and execute daily responsibilities for APAC Marketing.
▪ Apply marketing analytics techniques to gather and analyze data for strategic decision-making.
▪ Assist in deploying brand campaigns and ensure all brand visibility executions comply with global brand guidelines.
▪ Support event planning activities, including but not limited to trade shows, industry conferences, customer seminars, and similar events.
▪ Organize and manage marketing collateral.
▪ Present learnings with actionable insights and recommendations.
▪ Perform administrative tasks such as updating spreadsheets, databases, and inventories; recording office activities and business transactions; and handling other clerical duties as required.
▪ Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education
▪ Graduate or graduating in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
Experience
▪ Prior internship experience is an advantage.
▪ Experience in the animal industry is a plus.
▪ Experience in social media management or
digital marketing is preferred.
Skills
▪ Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
▪ Proficient in MS Office, marketing software, and online applications.
▪ Highly autonomous while remaining collaborative; a strong team player.
▪ Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
▪ Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
Other Requirements
▪ Willingness to travel if required.
