1. Cross channel content strategy and execution (65%)
• Plan and produce content for various channels including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram,
LinkedIn, Website, Landing Pages, EDMs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Create diverse content formats such as social posts, short- and long-form videos, scripts,
infographics, EDMs/newsletters, and long-form articles.
• Write, edit, and design marketing materials, sales collaterals, and content supporting the
Sales team.
• Develop creative concepts, build scripts, and edit videos for marketing campaigns.
• Execute email marketing campaigns including EDMs and newsletters for projects, internal
updates, recruitment, and announcements.
• Execute marketing campaigns for both branding and project-based initiatives.
• Monitor content performance, analyze insights, and optimize content effectiveness across
platforms.
2. Digital performance (15%)
• Develop and implement an organic-growth-focused digital strategy to optimize organic
reach/engagement and improve traffic and content performance.
• Track, measure, and report digital performance results; provide data-driven
recommendations for optimization.
• Support CRM operations: capturing and updating leads, monitoring lead behavior and status,
ensuring a seamless lead reception-nurturing-conversion flow.
• Assist in executing lead-nurturing flows such as EDM sequences, remarketing, and
automated journeys.
• Manage project listings across R3 and other platforms.
3. Marketing operations (20%)
• Support in organizing internal events and sales events, including planning, logistics, onsite
coordination, and post-event reporting.
• Execute internal communication activities and engagement initiatives for the Residential
Sales department.
• Coordinate internal events such as team-building, training sessions, recognition activities,
and monthly/quarterly/half-year/annual internal programs.
• Support additional marketing-related tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Marketing, Business
Administration, Real Estate)
Experience
• At least 1 year of experience in Marketing, preferably in the real
estate industry
• Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, CRM tools,
and analytics platforms is a plus.
Language
Key characteristics
• Strong content creation skills especially in video editing, social
media management, and branding.
• Proficient English (both speaking and writing).
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced
environment.
