JOB DESCRIPTION
Input booking information (link from WHS) & flight
schedule into TMS.
Check
final figures on SLI from Onsite and inform them if any discrepancies found
Issue HAWBs, Manifest, MAWBs as fully compliance with
customer SOP, country SOP of each destinations and airlines' requirements for
both Intel and Non-Intel accounts
Prepare pouch of shipping documents (per MAWB) to submit to
airlines for dispatching together with freight.
Sending pre-alert ( shipment information and document ) to
relevant parties for each shipment before cargo depart.
Tracking and tracing cargo and keep Customer service &
Schenker Oversea at destination updated if any changes vs initial flight
schedule.
Issue freight invoice when have information
Communicate with airlines for any cargo revision vs the
booking and request airlines to extend cut-off time if cargo to be late
released.
Follow & communicate with other parties if any problem
occurs.
