RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Operations · Shopping Carts PO creation, conversion in SAP, PO compliance reports, vendors, and asset lists maintenance. 2) Process Management · Identify metrics, tools, and processes to optimize local sourcing practices well-structured and ensure delivery of results · Propose any improvement to tools and processes in procure-to-pay process · Maintains the repository of local legal agreements to minimizing company risk 3) Business Strategy/ Knowledge · Provide support, knowledge, feedback to Affiliate Brand teams for projects driven on a regional or global basis · Lead sourcing projects within the country, brands and departments · Participate in resolution of any constraints and issues related to purchasing · Manage supplier events (e.g., RFI/RFQ/RFPs), their bids evaluations and reports results to end-users (Finance, GM, Brands....) · Measure and track internal procurement performance 4) Change Management · Ability to quickly ramp up and grasp detailed functional content when engaged with other cross-functional team members · Positively drive changes and ensure goals and processes are moving forward towards excellence 5) Supplier Relationship Management · Evaluate supplier capabilities and establish sources for new technologies and markets as driven by business requirements · Identify, select, and pre-qualify best in class regional suppliers · Measure and manage the overall performance of suppliers implemented with KPIs 6) Cross-Functional Collaboration · Collaborate within the APAC Procurement teams and local buyer networks · Partner with Legal to create risk-managed contracts · Communicate the progress of projects in meeting performance goals.
