JOB DESCRIPTION
We want you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. If you have the desire to be challenged, passionate about customer service working in a professional environment and to grow your career - look no further.
- Location: District 1/12, HCM.
- Working Time: 5 days/week, random off 2 days/week. (day shift/night shift)
- Responsibility: What will you do?
Troubleshooting via inbound, outbound, email, chat, and messaging on various topics such as additional advice, modifications, cancellations, and complaints.
Assisting Individuals with accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes.
Report immediately serious cases/ inconstant situations
Ensuring a high level of customer service and a positive guest experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from High School or Above.
Fluent English is a must. (work 100% in English)
At least 6 months experience in Customer service roles or any relevant roles.
