JOB DESCRIPTION
Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning objectives
Design and develop engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and other learning resources
Implement and deliver training programs using a variety of delivery methods, such as classroom training, virtual training, and on-the-job training
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
Manage the learning management system and ensure that training records are accurately maintained
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on learning and development opportunities
Assist in the development of career development plans and succession planning initiatives
Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to deliver specialized training programs as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, human resources, or related field
3 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or related field within the automotive industry
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies tailored to the automotive sector
Experience with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools, with a focus on automotive industry standards
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment within the automotive industry
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple automotive training initiatives simultaneously
Good interpersonal skills, excellent attitude, can work under high pressure, be able to prioritize workload with good time management;
Good negotiation and conflict management skills, pro-activeness, service-excellence mind set, and positive thinking;
Confident, high energy, enthusiastic and passionate;
Strive for continuous improvement, developing people, team work, flexible thinking, building relationships;
