JOB DESCRIPTION
Data
Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret sales data from various sources to
provide insights into sales performance, trends, and opportunities for
improvement.
Reporting:
Develop and maintain regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
to communicate findings to senior management and sales teams.
Sales
Forecasting: Assist in the creation of accurate sales forecasts, identify
potential gaps, and help implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Process
Improvement: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to identify
areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within the sales cycle.
Customer
Segmentation: Analyze customer segments, helping to identify the most
profitable customer groups and provide recommendations for targeted sales
efforts.

REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Data Science or a related
field.
At
least 1 years of experience in a sales analysis or related role.
Strong
proficiency in data analysis, sales performance metrics, and reporting.
Experience
with CRM software (Salesforce, etc.) and data visualization tools (Power BI,
Excel).
Advanced knowledge of Excel,
including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling.
Familiarity with SQL or other
database management tools is a plus.
Experience with analytics
tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and reporting dashboards is preferred.
Analytical
Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, generate insights, and provide
actionable recommendations.
Attention
to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
Communication
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to
present findings clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
Problem-Solving:
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and
results-oriented mindset.
Experience in sales or
business analytics within healthcare industry.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience in sales or
business analytics within healthcare industry.
Familiarity with market
research methods and tools.
Ability to work independently
and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
