JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Employer
Branding
Support
employer branding by creating compelling visuals and engaging content.
Support
EB campaigns on Samsung social media.
2. Learning
and Development Operations
Support
and facilitate orientation sessions for new employees with the basic background
information and engage them in the company.
Coordinate
with internal functions to deliver training sessions.
Track
and upload learning records. Handle system issues in coping with the system
administration.
3.
Internal
Engagement
Support
in planning seasonal engagement events.
Coordinate
to promote and organize employee engagement activities for employees.
REQUIREMENTS
Final-year
student or Fresh Graduates with Bachelor degree of Business
Administration/HR/Marketing or related field (full-time commitment is
required).
Good
communication, logical thinking & be fluent in English is required.
Proactive,
creative, and detail-oriented with a passion for learning.
Proficiency
in design and video making tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar.
Familiar
with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPTX).
