JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our procurement team to support end-to-end procurement processes for biomedical equipment, drugs & consumables, and other key categories. This position is primarily responsible for the followings:
Conduct system analysis to identify procurement needs
Build business cases for procurement of biomedical equipment, drugs & consumables, and other categories
Support key procurement steps, including vendor identification & evaluation, contract negotiation & drafting, and delivery tracking
Monitor operational performance against business cases and ensure alignment with objectives
Prepare and deliver reports to key stakeholders on procurement performance
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete system analyses and identify procurement gaps, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements quarterly
Prepare all biomed business cases and ensure all required information are obtained and validated via site-visit
Ensure that the actual performance of purchased biomed are tracked against approved BC
All reports are prepared and submitted per required timeline at desired quality standards
QUALIFICATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
A willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
Strong work ethic and readiness to grind through challenging hours when needed including the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure problems, perform analyses, generate insights
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, working effectively with teams across departments, hospitals, and business units
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (native language). Capable of presenting results in a logical and visually compelling manner
