[HCM] TECHNICAL LEAD (Golang)

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive the development of a large-scale live streaming platform. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend 80% of your time coding and 20% mentoring engineers and shaping technical strategy.
BACKEND DEVELOPMENT
Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend services using Golang & TypeScript
.
Build high-performance APIs and real-time communication services with gRPC
.
CLOUD & INFRASTRUCTURE
Own and optimize core infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
.
Manage deployment and scaling using Kubernetes (GKE) & Helm
.
Ensure high availability, performance, monitoring, and system reliability.
STREAMING & REAL-TIME
Design and optimize WebRTC and video streaming solutions
.
Work with audio/video processing pipelines and solve performance bottlenecks.
Apply low-level optimization using C/C++ when required.
TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP
Lead and mentor Backend & SRE engineers
.
Drive technical standards, architecture, and engineering best practices.
Work directly with the CEO on technology strategy and key architectural decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
7+ years of experience in Backend/Software Engineering.
Strong hands-on expertise in Golang.
Solid experience with GCP, Kubernetes (GKE), Helm, and gRPC.
Experience with WebRTC, video streaming, or real-time communication systems.
Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL database design.
Experience with Linux, Shell, Ansible, CI/CD is a plus.
Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to mentor senior engineers while maintaining a strong individual coding contribution.
Experience with C/C++ is a strong advantage.
Passion for gaming, live streaming, or innovative digital products is a plus.
