JOB DESCRIPTION
Recruitment:
For manager level positions, assist HRM/Senior HR Executive with recruiting tasks such as reviewing resumes, conducting and scheduling interviews, hiring, and following up with candidates.
For non-manager level positions, execute the recruitment process for non-manager level positions to ensure the company's staffing requirements are met accurately and timely.
Responsible for the process of collecting documentation for on-boarding & off-boarding employees.
C&B:
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
Admin tasks :
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Work closely with the managers to build a positive environment and maintain company culture according to objective.
Administer office expenses: conducting payments,
purchasing items for the office, etc.
Implement tasks assigned by the direct Manager.
Other duties:
Assist the
HR manager with formulating policies, procedures, and changes, as well as communicating all updates to employees
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in any subject is acceptable;
1-year experience in recruitment or general HR;
Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
Strong communication skills;

Recruitment:
Develop and implement recruitment plans that align with the company's needs.
Coordinate with various departments to identify recruitment needs and specific hiring criteria.
Execute the recruitment process to ensure the company's staffing requirements are met accurately and timely.
Employee Journey Management:
Carry out the onboarding process to guide and support new employees in integrating with the company.
Monitor and manage the entire journey of employees from their entry into the company to their departure.
Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
Develop compensation and benefits plans.
C&B:
Calculate monthly salaries and bonuses for employees.
Estimate the annual budget for salaries and bonuses.
Collaborate with the Team to Build Company Culture:
Organize internal activities to foster employee engagement and build a positive corporate culture.
Encourage and develop the company's core cultural values.
Listen to and collect feedback from employees to improve the working environment.
Other Duties:
Manage office admin tasks.
Supervise and guide HR interns in performing admin tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the HR field, particularly in recruitment, onboarding, corporate culture building, and C&B.
Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of the recruitment process, candidate profile management, and effective recruitment methods.
Experience in managing and tracking the employee journey from entry to exit.
Experience in developing and implementing onboarding programs.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR-related policies.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and online recruitment tools.
Language Skills: Good at English,
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively both in teams and independently.
Problem-solving and decision-making attitudes are required.
