About the Team
The Growth & Engagement Team shapes the student experience for the Global Pathways Program - supporting students from their studies in Vietnam to their transition to partner universities overseas.
We design programs, events, and community activities that help students grow academically, socially, and professionally while strengthening partnerships across our international network.
About the Roles
We are looking for three proactive and motivated interns to join our team this semester. Each role offers hands-on experience in communication, event coordination, and partnership support within an international education environment.
1. Content Intern (Student Experience Unit)
Key Tasks:
Create and curate visual or written content for student communications (event recaps, student stories, community updates).
Support documentation and creative materials for student activities (photo selection, layout, basic design using Canva).
Help manage communication channels to ensure consistent tone and engagement.
Preferred Skills:
Strong writing skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Familiarity with social media and content planning.
Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut).
Creative, reliable, and detail-oriented.
2. Event Assistant Intern (Student Experience Unit)
Key Tasks:
Support planning and delivery of student events, workshops, and engagement activities.
Assist with logistics, registration, and on-site coordination.
Collect feedback and support post-event documentation and reports.
Preferred Skills:
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsible, adaptable, and organized.
Interest in event management and student engagement.
3. Business Development Intern (Partnerships Unit)
Key Tasks:
Support preparation of partnership documents, proposals, and reports.
Maintain databases and administrative records.
Develop and update materials introducing Global Pathways programs and partnership offerings (brochures, overview decks, information sheets).
Conduct research on partner universities and international education topics.
Preferred Skills:
Strong English writing and document formatting skills.
Detail-oriented and comfortable with administrative work.
Interest in international education and partnerships.
Requirements (for all roles)
Undergraduate student (preferably Year 2-4) or recent graduate in Business, Communication, Education, or related fields.
Good command of English, both spoken and written (preferably the equivalent of IELTS 7.0+)
Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
Able to work onsite at least 3 days/week and occasionally on weekends.
