Manage all beverage operations (bar, wine, cocktails, mocktails...), ensuring premium service quality and guest satisfaction.
Plan, organize, and supervise bar operations
Train, assign, and oversee bar staff
Design creative beverage menus aligning with brand positioning
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control effectively
Ensure compliance with hygiene and legal regulations
Yêu cầu
Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role at 4-5 star hotel/resort
Deep knowledge of wines, cocktails, and beverage trends
Strong team leadership, training & motivation skills
Good English communication skills
