• Lead and shape the technology vision of the Loyalty program with the ambition of transforming it into a billion-dollar unicorn in the global loyalty industry.
• Drive member growth, expand strategic partner networks, optimize non-air revenue, and leverage advanced technologies to turn data into business power, elevate customer experience, and build long-term competitive advantages across APAC.
• Develop and execute the end-to-end loyalty strategy, integrating technology, data, and innovative business models.
• Champion innovation across the region, harnessing emerging trends such as AI, blockchain, fintech, tokenization, and digital platforms to accelerate member value. Identify high-potential markets and fast-growth opportunities while balancing expansion and cost optimization.
• Manage regional operations and performance, overseeing the full loyalty lifecycle in APAC: accrual, redemption, tier management, partner benefits, and engagement campaigns. Ensure ROI optimization, cost efficiency, and real-time KPI tracking with data-driven decision-making.
• Expand and manage a multi-industry partner ecosystem across APAC-airline alliances, banks, fintechs, retail, hospitality, travel, and entertainment. Lead contract negotiations and develop breakthrough revenue-sharing models to support rapid growth and maximize member value. Unlock new redemption products, tokenized rewards, and digital experiences through technology partnerships.
• Enhance premium member experience; design intelligent, personalized, and elevated customer journeys for Elite members across the region. Collaborate with airport operations, lounges, ground services, and digital teams to ensure a seamless and world-class experience. Apply big data and AI to optimize offers, predict behavior, and increase engagement.
• Lead digital transformation and technological modernization for the loyalty platform, integrating CRM, partner APIs, automation, AI, blockchain, and tokenization. Drive disruptive technology initiatives that accelerate the company's path toward becoming a unicorn in the loyalty sector.
• Oversee strategic marketing and premium brand positioning. Develop multi-market campaigns emphasizing innovation, technology leadership, and superior member experience. Ensure the loyalty brand is elevated, distinctive, and globally competitive across APAC.
Yêu cầu
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Aviation, Finance, or related fields.
• 10-15 years of experience in loyalty, aviation, fintech, technology, or premium travel; at least 5 years in multi-country leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of Frequent Flyer Programs, airline alliances, non-air revenue, loyalty technology, blockchain, AI, CRM, and big data.
• Strong experience in acquiring and managing over 300 lifestyle partners, including major consumer brands across F&B, hospitality, and related sectors.
• Strong leadership and strategic capabilities with a proven track record of turning vision into executable growth initiatives.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and experience managing a regional multi-industry partner network.
• Ability to lead multicultural teams, drive innovation, and deliver outstanding growth.
• Excellent English communication.
