Dayone is the parent company of Got It (2015) and Scan It (2022) with an exciting new product launching in the fourth quarter of 2023. Established in 2015, Got It is the original, largest, and most trusted digital voucher, loyalty, and gifting solutions platform in Vietnam.
Got It distributes well over one million vouchers monthly on behalf of its thousands of clients.
Scan It brings OCR and EKYC technology to the forefront of branding and marketing, enabling clients to promote and grow their customer base, manage their loyalty platforms, and drive sales.
Next to launch is a new Loyalty platform, Dayone has joined hands with SEA's Loyalty leader. The new Joint Venture will bring exciting new products which marry perfectly with existing businesses.

I. What you need to do
- Working with the BOD and other stakeholders to launch ournewest productsincluding Loyalty Reward Point Platform & Affiliate Marketing businesses.
- Researching, analyzing, and understanding industry trends, competitors to develop and implement sales strategies and plans in key verticals.
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability of the services business, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including tech, product, marketing, finance, etc.while gradually build up the full scope structure as the business grows
- Developing and managing a roadmap of service offers and measuring business success.
- Building up a team with sales-driven and team work spirit
- Developing and implementing team vision, goals, objectives and performance metrics to track progress and ensure success.
- Supporting the product development focusing on customer success and engagement
- Identifying new opportunities and complementary business models for our business to capitalize on.
- Establish operating budgets and create detailed annual business plans; at the same time, ensure that the monthly, quarterly, and annual targets are met in terms of revenue, profit, and finance.
- Providingrelevant reports to BOD on demand or periodical basis
- Other inquiries from BOD from time to time.
II. What you should have
- Minimum 7 years proven business development success with experience at the Senior Manager level;
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to explain value proposition of our products and services;
- Genuine people management skills that gain respect through collaboration;
- Extensive loyalty industry/reward program experience; Experience in media advertising & ecommerce industries are advantages;
- Self-starter, who is assertive, persistent, and resilient, goal oriented and focused on their performance to close on win/win contracts;
- Strategic thinker, highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, both independently and as a team player;
- Problem solving mindset; ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-moving environments, and in informal, loosely structured, and creative work environments;
- Advanced interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills - for both external and internal audiences;
- Most importantly, you will be honest and of the highest integrity and you will be proud of the reputation you have gained as you continue to grow.
