The Deck Group is seeking a dynamic Head of Business Development to drive revenue growth. This pivotal role will oversee all business development and marketing activities, driving revenue, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
• Conduct market research and develop strategic business plans for expansion within Vietnam.
• Generate leads, build key relationships, and represent The Deck Saigon at industry events.
• Develop and negotiate business proposals and contracts.
• Manage project implementation and ensure successful execution.
• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships for market penetration.
Marketing:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across all channels (digital, social media, PR, events).
• Manage brand messaging, content creation, and social media presence.
• Oversee marketing campaigns and track performance metrics.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage marketing budget and resources.

Qualifications:
• Proven track record in both business development and marketing, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry in Vietnam.
• Strong understanding of the Vietnamese market and business landscape.
• Experience in market research, strategic planning, and
digital marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
