Your Mission
As Head of Distribution Vietnam, you will establish and lead the company's local distribution platform and become a key member of our regional leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute Vietnam growth strategy
Build and lead sales, customer service and operations teams
Establish warehousing and inventory management capabilities
Drive sales growth and profitability
Develop strategic customer relationships across packaging and converting industries
Expand supplier partnerships with international mills
Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance management
Recruit, coach and develop local talent
