Mô tả công việc
• Ensuring that NAB's risk management. strategy, operational risk mgmt. and control frameworks are applied effectively in the GIIC;
• Advice and guidance on risk, obligations, events and control items;
• Compliance plans - assist to identify applicable obligations and design controls, evidence points and indictors to effectively monitor compliance;
• Performing risk and control reviews and regularly assessing impacts;
• Ensuring issues are known and resolved in a timely manner, lead gap assessment and treatment plan execution;
• Leverage skills form other specialist teams as needed and is suitable;
• Management of control environment through design, testing and mgmt. of controls.
Yêu cầu
• 5-7 years experience working in operational risk, controls, obligation management. including experience in control assessment and development
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills - up to executive level and beyond
• Highly developed communication skills - verbal and written
• Deep understanding of risk management
• Ability to distil, simplify and summarise complex regulatory information into crisp action plans
• Bachelor degree qualification in an aligned discipline.
