Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing all matters pertaining to Finance: Financial Planning, MIS, Budgeting, Cash Flow Projections, ...
- Play a key part in formulating, developing, and delivering on overall business strategy, with the emphasis on scalability, operational excellence, and robustness and enhancing shareholder value
- Alongside the CEO, drive the fundraising strategy and ensure that its capital structure is optimal, allowing the business to reach its full potential
- Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investment
- Oversee the day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal control activities of the organization to ensure that cash flow is compatible with the company's operations
- Be the leader of people. Monitor people's performance, act as an advisor and mentor to their direct reports, drive a culture of excellence and accountability across the company
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance.
- 8-10 years of accounting or auditing experience, with a minimum of 3 years as Assistant Financial Controller / Chief Accountant. Big 4 Audit experience preferred.
- Excellent presentation skills, in-depth knowledge of risk management methods
- Strong organizational, planning, strategic, analytical, problem-solving, management, and leadership skills that include being proactive and visionary
- Strong technical understanding of fund accounting, budgeting, and computerized accounting systems
- Strong knowledge of VAS, Financial and Statistical Analysis, Tax, and Legal Regulations.
- Able to work under high pressure, self-motivated, detail & results-oriented.
- Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced and changing business environment
- Ability to remain flexible, adaptable, open-minded, and service mind oriented
- Good management skills including people management skills
- Ability to motivate and lead staff
