Head Of Finance

Report to CEO
The Head of Finance will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the finance strategy and finance function to support the business. The Finance Director/CFO has overall responsibility for the following areas of but not limit to Finance, Internal Audit and Legal.
What you need to focus on
• To maintain a commercial approach to every aspect of your role and lead from the front.
• Formulate financial strategies and targets for the Vietnam business.
• Participate in all strategic decisions which will have financial implications for the business (i.e. decisions on major investments, speed and quality of new projects, etc.).
• Directing and supervising all activities related to Management Reporting covering reporting, analysis, performance monitoring and oversight of business cases.
• Responsible for the company's long-term financing and cash flow policy and strategy. Responsible for full Tax compliance with regulations.
• To ensure an environment of control and compliance in order to protect the brand, business and people in the company.
• Liaison with all finance related external partners - auditors, banks, tax & regulatory bodies.
• Support the development and implementation of sufficient control mechanisms in Vietnam to identify operational risks and remediate process shortfalls.
• Provide advisory services to business functions for risk preventions and risk remediation, such as group policies interpretation and implementation, process design and update, project management, and etc.
• Ensure the compliance with regulatory requirements from Vietnam local regulators, for the regulatory requirements related to Business Controls (i.e. internal control).
