The Head of HRBP - Commercial is a senior leadership role within the HR Business Partnering function, responsible for leading the people strategy and HR delivery for the Commercial Team. This role aligns the commercial strategy (go-to-market, driving efficiency, people capability development) with HR operations, ensuring that HR programs and talent initiatives are effectively integrated and scalable across the organization. The job holder manages a high-performing HRBP team, driving value-added services to both management and employees that reflect the organization's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the HR Business Partner team in developing and implementing people strategies that align with the Commercial Team's goals and overall business objectives.
• Forge strong partnerships across the HR function, collaborating to design and drive scalable HR programs and talent initiatives.
• Workforce efficiency: work with CHRO in people interventions including workforce efficiency improvement and optimization. Carry out workforce planning (WFP) to ensure resource capability and critical competencies to deliver business growth.
• Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior management, ensuring alignment between HR strategy and business needs.
• Oversee the delivery of HR services, including talent management, employee relations, performance management and workforce planning.
• Manage and develop a high-performing HRBP team, providing leadership, mentorship, and career development opportunities.
• Analyze and report on HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations across the organization.
• Act as a change agent, supporting the organization through periods of transformation and ensuring that HR practices evolve to meet business needs.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Strong partnering experience to Commercial-oriented organization.
• Proven ability to align HR strategy with business objectives and drive HR initiatives that deliver measurable results.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
