Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
College or Bachelor's degree or related field such as Law or Business Administration or Finance.
Have a minimum of 8-10 years in the HR field and 4-5 years in Head position / similar role
Have experience in Manpower Plan & Headcount Strategy, familiar with KPI/OKR.
Strong knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law, PIT, Insurance, Union, and related labor regulations and practices.
Good English communication skills (Both written and communication).
Have experience working and operating documents for foreign workers
Open mindset and can do attitude.
Human orientated, high responsibility, ability to meet deadlines.
