About the head of Investment role:

developers in France in 2023. With 30 years of experience in diverse real estate sectors, our specialization lies in residential development. As we expand into new territories, we are dedicated to investing in and developing residential projects in Vietnam.
PierreVal Vietnam focuses high-rise residential development in Vietnam.
The position will be responsible and accountable for the overall operation and management of investment from project sourcing, joint venture creation, IPA, bank liaison... until the building permit authorisation. Development team will grow alongside the investment in residential projects.
Senior Investment Manager will directly report to the CEO Vietnam and will work closely with the French investment team located in Paris.
Key Responsibilities:
● Carry out yourself the following activities:
● Investment opportunity identification: open doors to other property developers, brokers, landlords, obtain relevant opportunity information and analyse it finely to evaluate risks, create financial models, analyse land and project legal basis, propose acquisition strategy with term-sheet, prepare pre-investment committee
● lead projects due diligence, prepare investment report for PierreVal management committee, negotiate and close deal , support contract preparation
● manage project to secure licensing steps , coordinate with joint venture / consultants
● monitor financial performance of project , update financial model
● assist in bank liaison for funds sourcing.
● Prepare quarterly market report tailored to PierreVal need
● Develop, in coordination with the CEO, an integrated business plan that enable to meet short- and long-term ambitions
● Act as the principal public relation officer of the company and represent it with government entities, the financial community, and the public
● Recruit, develop, manage and motivate employees in the team
● Other assignments by the Line Manager and Board of Directors.
● Ability to identify residential projects on your own and carry out the due diligences to secure investment
● Extensive experience in real estate residential industry (10+ years) with a strong network
● Strong visionary with proven leadership qualities and an entrepreneurial mindset
● Political awareness, professional expertise, financial orientation, strong entrepreneurial spirit, cross cultural awareness and team spirit
● Ability to select, develop and motivate necessary management talent to maintain the company's overall objectives
● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent experience
● Must be a professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character
