Job Purpose
The Head of Investment is responsible for overseeing and managing the investment portfolio of the life insurance company. Main Responsibilities
Investment Strategy Development

Portfolio Management
- Oversee the management of the company's investment portfolio, ensuring optimal asset allocation and performance.
- Monitor portfolio performance and make adjustments as necessary to meet financial objectives.
Risk Management
- Identify, assess, and manage investment risks in line with the company's risk appetite and regulatory guidelines.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect the company's assets.
Regulatory Compliance

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting investment practices.
Team Leadership

Stakeholder Communication
