Job Summary
The CIO will lead Thanh Cong's digital transformation journey by driving strategic IT initiatives, managing ERP systems, and deploying cutting-edge technologies such as IoT, automation, and AI. This role is key to transforming operations across the value chain and positioning the company as a future-ready manufacturer in the textile and apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Technology Strategy & Digital Transformation Leadership
Develop and execute a long-term IT and digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Lead cross-functional digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing, logistics, finance, HR, and customer service.
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies-including AI, IoT, RPA, cloud, and data analytics-to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making. Identify and deploy AI solutions tailored for TC's operations, such as predictive maintenance, intelligent automation, and customer insights.
- ERP System Management
Oversee the full lifecycle of ERP WFX implementation and ongoing optimization (experience with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred).
Ensure seamless integration of data and processes across critical functions: supply chain, production, inventory, and sales.
Leverage ERP data analytics to improve operational efficiency and generate actionable business insights.
- IT & ERP Team Leadership
Lead and develop two core teams: IT Infrastructure and ERP/Business Process.
Set team goals, track KPIs, and create clear professional development plans. Ensure robust IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Industry 4.0 Integration in Manufacturing
Partner with operations teams to implement IoT sensors, automation systems, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), and robotics across factories.
Integrate AI-driven tools to support demand forecasting, defect detection, quality control, and inventory optimization.
Monitor ROI and continuously improve adoption, performance, and user engagement with new technologies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
- At least 15 years of progressive experience in IT, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Head of IT, CIO).
- Proven track record in enterprise ERP deployment, ideally within manufacturing or textile/garment industries.
- In-depth knowledge of digital transformation, IoT, industrial automation, and AI application in production environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management capabilities.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused approach and deep operational understanding of manufacturing.
- Fluency in both VN and English, prefer local people.
- Strong systems thinking with deep expertise in IT infrastructure and enterprise systems architecture.
