MAIN DUTIES
Report to VP of Human Resources, the Head of Learning & Development is in charge of all training & development functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Planning, implementing, and evaluating the learning and development programs; lead and drive related employee engagement initiatives, HR communications, employer branding activities, and other HR functions as required.
• Develop, implement, and oversee the resort's learning and development strategy, programs, and initiatives.
• Conduct training needs analyses and develop learning solutions to enhance employee capability and performance.
• Design, develop, and deliver training programs using various learning methodologies, including classroom, virtual, and blended learning.
• Lead supervisory, leadership, and managerial development programs to strengthen the resort's talent pipeline.
• Oversee departmental training activities and trainer development programs to ensure effective knowledge transfer and capability building.
• Ensure compliance training requirements are met in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
• Manage internship and talent development programs as assigned.
• Partner with internal trainers, subject matter experts, and external training providers to develop and deliver learning solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, analyze learning outcomes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage training records, learning management systems, reports, and training budgets.
• Drive a culture of continuous learning, development, and high performance across the organization.
Employee Engagement & HR Partnership
• Lead employee engagement, recognition, and well-being initiatives to enhance employee experience and retention.
• Develop and oversee HR communication and employer branding initiatives related to learning and development.
• Manage learning and HR communication platforms and channels as assigned.
• Partner with department heads and HR leader on talent development, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead or participate in HR projects and organizational development initiatives as assigned.
Yêu cầu
• University Degree is required. Oversea Education in related fields is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Training & Development, preferably in related industries such as hospitality, gaming with experience in international resorts, 5-star hospitality groups, integrated resort...
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
